MyOwnFortune is a personal net-worth and retirement-planning tool. Data is entered manually by you.
2. Not financial advice
The service is for information and self-management only and does not provide financial, investment, tax, retirement or legal advice (see the disclaimer below). You are responsible for your decisions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans (e.g. Standard and Premium) are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and plan limits are shown in the app. We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features, and no card is required to start. At the end of the trial you choose a paid plan to keep using the service. Once payment is taken, subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or use it unlawfully.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" and "as available", without warranties. We are not liable for interruptions or data inaccuracies.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBN (Australia) Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from decisions made based on it.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
